Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Edgebook.AI may issue refunds for subscription fees. It is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.
1. Free Trial
New users may receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial to avoid being billed. If you cancel during the trial, your access will continue through the remainder of the trial period and no charge will be made.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Because subscriptions provide immediate, ongoing access to the Service, all subscription fees are non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@edgebook.live. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service through the end of the paid period, after which your subscription will terminate.
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
4. Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- A duplicate charge caused by a billing error on our part;
- A charge made after a properly submitted cancellation;
- A verified extended service outage that materially prevented you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing cycle;
- A technical defect attributable to Edgebook.AI that rendered the Service unusable and that we were unable to remedy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered. Refunds, when granted, are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
5. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
Subscription fees will not be refunded for:
- Trading losses or unprofitable signals;
- Dissatisfaction with signal accuracy, scoring results, or performance metrics;
- Failure to use the Service during the billing period;
- Changes in applicable laws or regulations that restrict prediction market trading;
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service;
- Third-party outages (e.g., Kalshi, Stripe, or Clerk) lasting less than 72 hours;
- Any request submitted more than 30 days after the charge.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you contact us at support@edgebook.live so we can work to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@edgebook.live with:
- The email address on your account;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We will respond within 5 business days.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any change will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
