Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using Edgebook.AI. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Edgebook.AI ("Edgebook", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Edgebook.AI website, dashboard, API, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
  • Be legally permitted to trade on Kalshi in your state of residence;
  • Be a U.S. resident in a state where prediction market trading is permitted;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be on any government sanctions list or prohibited-party list.

3. Service Description

Edgebook.AI provides algorithmic trading signals and a dashboard interface for Kalshi prediction markets. The Service includes a four-factor composite scoring engine, market signal alerts, portfolio analytics, and optional one-click trade execution through your own connected Kalshi account via Kalshi's public API.

Edgebook.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Kalshi Inc., KalshiEX LLC, or any regulated exchange.

4. Not Investment Advice

Edgebook.AI is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, introducing broker, or financial institution with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any other regulatory body.

All signals, scores, analytics, rankings, and other content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, recommendations, solicitations, or offers to buy or sell any security, contract, or instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decision.

5. Account Registration

To access the Service you must create an account through our authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period unless you convert to a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

6.2 Paid Subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the then-current rate listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal.

6.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will take effect at your next billing cycle after notice is provided. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

7. Kalshi Account Connection

To execute trades through the Service, you must voluntarily connect your own Kalshi account by providing API credentials. You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the connected Kalshi account;
  • Your use of the Service with your Kalshi account does not violate Kalshi's own terms of service;
  • You have the authority to grant Edgebook.AI the ability to place trades on your behalf through Kalshi's API.

Edgebook.AI does not custody, hold, or have access to your funds. All trading activity and capital remain in your Kalshi account. You may disconnect your Kalshi account at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to use a single account;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract proprietary data or algorithms;
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or violate any securities or commodities law;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute signals or data obtained from the Service;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, scoring models, user interface elements, logos, and trademarks associated with Edgebook.AI are the exclusive property of Edgebook.AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Kalshi, Stripe, and Clerk. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Edgebook.AI is not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of any third-party service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, timely, or uninterrupted. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Signals are generated by algorithmic models and may produce losses. You may lose all capital committed to trades.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGEBOOK.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edgebook.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Service, (b) your trades and trading decisions, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including Kalshi's terms of service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16) shall survive.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this Section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware or such other location as the parties may agree. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edgebook.AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
